What is your cancellation and return policy?
I gladly accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.

Jersey Salt does not accept returns or exchanges due to COVID-19. All custom orders are final. However if your item(s) arrives damaged or broken, contact the shop immediately so the problem can be rectified.

Should any product be defective or unsatisfactory, please contact the shop immediately for further instruction.
Shipping
The time to process and prepare an order for shipping varies. Custom pieces may take up 5 business days, while in-stock and ready to ship items, generally ship within 1-3 business days.

Should you need something rushed or quicker, please send us a message and we'll see what we can do to accomodate.

Please keep in mind that once your item ships, delivery time from that point is dependant upon the carrier. With Covid-19, almost all major shipping services are taking longer than usual.
Are your Bracelets Waterproof?
Linhasita waxed cord itself is considered waterproof. However, metal findings and other materials used in the creation of pieces may not be. It is suggested that your embellished bracelets be removed when prolonged water exposure is imminent. This will help extend the life of your jewelry.

Overtime, the wax coating on your Linhasita will dissipate. You can re-wax your bracelet if you choose by using natural bees wax, which can be found at your local craft store or through other major online retailers.
What is Linhasita and Where Does it Come From?
Linhasita is the brand name for polyester waxed cord used in macrame crafts and other jewelry design. Linhasita is produced in Brazil, however we source our Linhasita from Color Supply , a small business located in Guatemala.
